Pumpkin pizza

INGREDIENTS


ROAD:
300 g semi-coarse al. bread flour
1/2 KL salt
1 PL olive oil
220 ml lukewarm water
1/4 cubes of fresh yeast al. ½ package of dried yeast
CREAM BASE:
1 crucible sour cream
1 PL lemon juice
2 cloves garlic
to taste salt, ground black pepper
THE SKY:
1/2 pumpkin (butter al. Hokkaido)
1 pc sweet potato
1 pc red onion
2 packs of mozzarella

APPROACH

Mix flour, salt and oil together in a bowl.

Mix the yeast in lukewarm water and process the elastic dough by hand or mixer (kneading hooks) (approx. 10 minutes). Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in volume.

Meanwhile, mix the sauce of sour cream, crushed garlic and lemon juice, which is still seasoned with salt and pepper.

Boil the pumpkin and sweet potato in boiling water, which we peeled and diced. Let cool.

We squeeze air out of the sourdough dough, we make one bigger or two smaller loaves, which we let sour for another 15 minutes.

Spread the dough from the center to the edges in a circle, transfer to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Apply the sauce and place the pumpkin, potatoes, red onion and pieces of torn mozzarella on top.

Bake the pizza in an oven heated to 230 ° C for about 7 to 9 minutes.
